Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7. Please be aware that only profiles with a review rating of 4 stars or higher are eligible for instant booking of our property. If a reservation with a lower-rated profile is confirmed by the system, it may be canceled. For guests with new profiles and no reviews, their booking requests will be reviewed manually and may be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation is confirmed. Additionally, a rental agreement will be sent after a confirmed booking, and guests are required to sign it in order to gain access to the property. For guests with no reviews, negative reviews, unverified profiles, or reviews with less than 5 stars and less than 3 reviews even if they are 5-star — please note we do require a $500 USD refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay). Any type of Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any residual substance from smoking or vaping inside the house will be subject to a fine or $500 to cover the additional cleaning costs. We happily welcome dogs to our home, with an additional pet fee: $150 per pet. These fee must be paid prior to check-in. Dogs must be kept in a crate if left alone in the house. Please note, cats are not allowed. Pets over 50lbs require special approval from the host. Additional fee for more than 6 guests, $20 per person/per night. Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, and at the doorbell for the safety of the owner's belongings. Please be aware that tampering with security cameras, noise monitors, or security locks is strictly prohibited. These measures are in place for your safety and the safety of the property. Any interference with these devices will result in immediate termination of the stay, minimum $500 fine, and potential legal action. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure and respectful environment. Please do not add soaps, detergents, bath bombs, lotions, or any other substances to the hot tub. If any of these are found, a $300 fee will be charged for draining, cleaning, and refilling the tub. Please consider bringing your bug spray if you are sensitive to bugs, They come despite the pest control depending upon the season. There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
