Rest assured, this is simply due to the paint and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool in any way. It is serviced on a weekly basis with chemical and balancing pH. **No lifeguard at duty, use the swimming pool at your own risk. ** Max cars 6 at any time and must not be on the street. Only Garage or driveway allowed **Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints from neighbors may lead to instant eviction with no refund. **Please consider bringing your own bug spray if you are sensitive to bugs, They come despite the pest control depending upon the season. **There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us. **Cleaning Concerns Policy Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported within 2 hours of check-in for timely resolution. To promptly address reported concerns, our cleaning team may access the property during reasonable hours without prior guest approval, strictly for inspection or cleaning related to the reported issue.
