Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7. Please keep in mind that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. Guest is required to sign it in order to get property access. Hot Tub Guidelines -Please shower before entering the hot tub. -Enter and exit slowly,no jumping or diving. -No glass or alcohol in or around the hot tub. -Children must be supervised at all times. -Pregnant guests and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use. -Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, or low blood pressue should consult with a doctor before entering the hot tub. -Keep soak time to 15-20 minutes and avoid use over 104°F. -Always replace the cover after use and avoid sitting or lying on it. -Turn off high jets when you're done. -No soaps, oils, or bath products in the water. Please do not add soaps, detergents, bath bombs, lotions, or any other substances to the hot tub. If any of these are found, a $300 fee will be charged for draining, cleaning, and refilling the tub. Please consider bringing your own bug spray if you are sensitive to bugs, They come despite the pest control depending upon the season. There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
