These do not record any sound. ** Max cars 4 at any time and must not be on the street. Only Garage or driveway allowed **Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints from neighbors may lead to instant eviction with no refund. **Please consider bringing your own bug spray if you are sensitive to bugs, They come despite the pest control depending upon the season. **There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us. **Cleaning Concerns Policy Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported within 2 hours of check-in for timely resolution.
