Parties and events are not permitted. Home Etiquette To preserve the quality of our spaces: • No smoking or vaping indoors • Shoes are not permitted in the game room and theater room • Maximum occupancy: 14 guests Booking & Guest Standards To maintain a premium experience for all guests: • Instant booking is available for well-reviewed guests • New or unreviewed profiles may require approval • A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival • A refundable security deposit may apply in select cases • Additional guests beyond 6: $25 per person, per night Pet Policy 🐾 We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 3, under 50 lbs): • $150 per pet • Please keep pets off furniture and beds • Crating is required if pets are left unattended • Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness indoors and outdoors Parking Up to 4 vehicles are permitted. Please use the driveway only.
